A mathematically efficient arrangement is not automatically a safe or operationally feasible arrangement.

Packing and container results

PackMize does not model packaging deformation, stacking strength, stability, center of gravity, dynamic load, moisture, lashing, forklift access, loading sequence, axle distribution, hazardous-goods segregation, customs requirements or carrier-specific rules. Maximum payload presets must be verified against the actual equipment.

Cutting results

PackMize does not model material defects, grain unless represented through rotation choices, clamping, machine-specific end allowances, toolpath feasibility, blade deflection, CNC constraints or operator safety. Kerf values and edge trims must be chosen for the real process.

Heuristic optimization

V1 optimization uses deterministic heuristics. Results are the best arrangement found by the implemented search strategies, not a mathematical proof of global optimality.
